Key features of Work Scope:

Construction of 4 buildings in Baku Shipyard Project, total closed area is 44.100 m². Two steel structure buildings (28.220 m²) and three reinforced concrete buildings (15.880 m²)

The project consists of the construction of two steel structure and 3 reingforced concrete buildings which is located in Baku.

The building has a total area of 44.100 sqm.

The buildings are :

· Steel Fabricating Workshops (Building no. 3,), steel structure, 26.780 sqm

· Changing Rooms & Canteen (Building no. 11 & 16), reinforced concrete structure, 5.916 sqm

· Main Office & Medical Center (Building no. 12&25), reinforced concrete structure, 5.508 sqm

· Training Center (Building no. 27), steel structure, 1.440 sqm

· Office for Surveyors (Building no. 28), reinforced concrete structue, 4.456 sqm

The necessary works to be done for the completion of the project are:

· Construction of reinforced concrete and steel structural system,

· Execution of roof finishing and facade finishing works of the building;

· Installation of all electrical systems of the buildings;

· Installation of all mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, sanitation systems) of the buildings;

· Execution of finishing works;

· Kitchen Equipment for the Canteen
