Key features of Work Scope:

Repair, Rehabilitation and Reconstruction of Dobrinja V High-rise complex apartments in Sarajevo and the Medical Rehabilitation Center in Fojnica.

The project included repair, rehabilitation and reconstruction of the housing complex having total area of 46.026 sqm and the medical center having total area of 11.935 sqm.

The scope of works included the following items;

· Housing

Repair, rehabilitation and reconstruction of 19.812 sqm, 358 flats heavily damaged buildings and 26.214 sqm, 492 flats lightly damaged buildings.

· Medical Center

Repair and rehabilitation of 8.200 sqm total area, 385 room, and 636 bed capacity main Medical Rehabilitation Building.

· Reconstruction and rehabilitation of 4.300 sqm total area, 77 room, and 175 bed capacity Special Hospital Building.

· Construction of 375 sqm area Hospital Management Office Heating Center.
