Key features of Work Scope:

Erection works of the 2nd Produced Water Tank,

The subject tank has 21,000 m3 capacity with 21 m height and 37,8 m diameter.

TML was responsible for all necessary construction, erection and testing including but not limited to the supply of all transport, storage, handling, preservation, temporary piping, seals, erection, welding, dimensional control, inspection, testing, non-destructive testing, final testing and pre-commissioning, provision of test mediums (excluding hydrotest water), disposal of waste, removal of scrap, removal of surplus materials, material re-conciliation, re-instatement of the site, as-built drawings and dossiers.

The permanent works included the items listed below:

· Unloading, storage and preservation of all contractor provided items,

· Turning the annular and bottom plates of 180° to maintain permanently their painted side on the foundations bed,

· Erection, welding and examination of the tank annular plates,

· Erection, welding and examination of the tank bottom plates,

· Erection, welding and examination of the tank shell plates,

· Erection, welding and examination of the tank roof plates,

· Erection, welding and examination of the tank compression ring,

· Erection, welding and examination of the tank shell nozzles,

· Erection, welding and examination of the tank roof nozzles,

· Erection, welding and examination of the tank roof framing, the tank roof center ring and the tank roof accessories,

· Installation and examination of tank helicoidal stairway, ladders, center platform, upper platform, lower platform,

· Installation and examination of internal piping, anodes pads, oil skimmer, and all mechanical internal equipment,

· Installation and examination of anchors, earthings, nameplate and all mechanical external equipment.
